It’s the year 2003… you’re reading the newly published Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and listening to Justin Timberlake’s Cry Me a River. Meanwhile, Matt Dass and Steve Forster are establishing Eon Visual Media as a limited company, securing work from Burger King to kick start the journey!
Now, in 2023, with a few new team members, some fresh ideas, but the same passion for creating inspiring digital content, we are celebrating our 20th anniversary as a limited company!
To celebrate the occasion, we put our team to work to showcase some of their creative flair and create some unique branding and assets.
Clare, in our design team, got to work creating some bespoke branding, influenced by our current logos. She worked within our branding guidelines to showcase our 20th anniversary!
After this, Will G and Will M in our animation team worked to animate the logo to create more assets. They also worked alongside our video team, Jonny and Dawid, who scripted, shot, filmed and edited a video of Eon Visual Media’s journey so far!
Dave, Adam, Mike and Nathan, who make up our web development team, created a microsite dedicated to our 20th anniversary. They worked closely with James, Head of Eon and Jack, our Creative Lead to gather content for the website and showcase the innovation and creativity of Eon Visual Media over the years.
The marketing team, Hollie, Farouk and Jade, worked to form a strategy to communicate Eon Visual Media’s 20th anniversary to audiences across social media. They also worked closely with the wider team to influence ideas and other marketing campaigns to showcase the talented assets created by the team.
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we hosted EonCon23 at our offices. We were joined by customers past and present, as well as others in the community who wanted to know more about Eon Visual Media. We were proud to present Craig Franklin from Hull KR, Rob Lewis from FLX Health and Paul Spence of P.A.U.L for Brain Recovery as our guest speakers, giving insights into their industries and partnerships with Eon Visual Media over the years.
Our designer and animator, Will M, also created a live mural at the event, showcasing again the incredible talent and passion within our team. It was a fantastic evening with great networking opportunities and some fab food!
