Q: How do you use your project management tool?
A: We operate our full business output through the PMT which includes a quoting system, a place to share information, and a detailed log of who, what, where and when. The ability to manage our own milestones within each project is valuable to keep employees accountable for their parts, including quoting, invoices, materials procured, and even hotels booked! We cover it all.
Q: Do your team find it easy to use?
A: Yes, it’s developed specifically to our needs, and we’ve been using it since its infancy. The team often feed in new ideas for further development too.

Q: Do you utilise any data from the tool?
A: Yes, we primarily use the financial review, but we also use the data to see the win/loss ratio amongst clients.
Q: What are the most used/effective features for you?
A: Day-to-day quoting, financial overviews and the sharing of information are the most effective features for S&D Flooring to encourage accountability and efficiency.
Q: How has using this PMT affected your business?
A: It gave us the unique opportunity to pull the business together in a user-friendly way. Information is easily and readily available, and it was tailored to complement our business needs, which is key.
