Disclaimer – The following article was published as part of an April Fools Day Prank!

For the past 25 years, Eon Visual Media have been pioneers in using innovative technology to create stunning and eye-catching visual content. However, in addition to utilising the latest innovative technology, we are also firm believers that variety is the spice of life, and that we should try mix things up every now and then to avoid becoming too stale and predictable.

Following the success of our 1-Day working week last April, we have decided to shake things once again and swap around all the job roles of our staff at Eon Visual Media.

Whilst initially met with fierce protest from our staff, we believe that this re-structure within the team will lead the way towards new creative ideas and bold developments.

To ensure that there was no bias, we tasked our development team to create a brand-new job randomiser social media filter which will help allocate new job roles to our team in the fairest way possible.

Following a successful launch of our job randomiser, we began mixing up job roles in the team. To see how our team are coping with their new roles, we reached out and asked some of our staff to share their thoughts on this revolutionary new development.

“Does anybody know how the fax machine works?”

Pete English – Receptionist

“Being a Developer isn’t so bad… it’s like being in the Matrix!”

Dawid Poniatowski – Developer

“I have no idea what I’m doing…”

Neal HammondVideographer

“Loving my new promotion! However, I don’t think Matt is very happy….”

Will Marshall – Managing Director

“This is ******* ridiculous…”

Matt Dass – Cleaner

How will this new re-structure pan out? I guess only time will tell! Make sure you check out our website and subscribe to our social media channels to keep up to date with the latest news from the new team Eon!

Happy April Fools Day!
