Marketing Support for Hull Sport!

Background and Objectives

Here at Eon Visual Media, we have a great working relationship with The University of Hull, including Hull Sport. After a £17 million upgrade to the sports facilities, they knew it was time to invest in a high-quality online presence, including both on their website and social media.

We were awarded the work for both their website redesign and marketing support. Read more about the website redesign here! Having a strong marketing strategy with direction and focus is integral to the success of campaigns and subsequent growth.

At the time of the project, it was important to convey up to date COVID-19 updates and procedures, so we worked alongside the Hull Sport team to maintain changes and updates.

Design for Hull Sport

One of the main benefits of working with the Eon Visual Media team is the access to the wider departments to help create end to end campaigns. For this project, our design team were able to create high-quality social media graphics, email marketing templates, and website pop-ups for the marketing and development team to utilise in their strategy.

Being part of The University of Hull, it is important that Hull Sport are always looking to innovate their content to communicate news, alerts and promotions, and to improve engagement. Working with us here at Eon Visual Media, Hull Sport were able to capitalise on:

  • A marketing structure and strategy, with clearly defined roles for digital marketing within the Hull Sport team alongside campaign ideas.
  • A social media marketing plan for content distribution across all platforms.

We are always looking to develop our relationship with local organisations, and are looking forward to working closely together with Hull Sport in the future!

"During the scoping and tender process, Eon demonstrated an understanding of our strategy, personality and brand, and suggested some creative ways in which they could bring this to life digitally for us."
