Olivia joined the team last month to re-invent Eon’s in-house marketing strategy, and develop our new digital marketing proposition. Olivia has joined us from a digital marketing and corporate marketing background, and has worked with some of the UK’s largest businesses.
We asked our new Digital Marketing Executive Olivia, 10 quick fire questions about her time so far here at Eon.
Q: If you could describe your time so far at Eon in three words, what would those words be?
A: Busy, informative, exciting
Q: What were you most looking forward to about joining Eon?
A: Working for a really creative and innovative business and accepting a brand new challenge. I could tell that Eon were going to be open to new idea's and new ways of doing things, and I was looking forward to getting involved with all of the exciting projects going on.
Q: What has been your favourite part about working for the company, so far?
A: Meeting the team and understanding how all of the different pillars in the business work together. Everyone at Eon is really passionate about what they do, and whether the team are producing a video, or developing an app, everyone puts in 100%.
Q: What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
A: I’ve been working on creating Eon’s in-house marketing plan for 2018, and coming up with interesting content ideas for our social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns. It's been great to have all the team on-board with this! I’ve also been working on building our new digital marketing service….
Q: If you had to choose between a chocolate fudge brownie, or a packet of snack-a-jacks, which would you choose?
A: Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

A: I’d be happy with either!
Q: What are your 3 top essential desk items?
A: Notebook/Pen, Laptop & Snacks (of course)
Q: What are three things from your Bucket List that you've not yet achieved?
A: Run a full marathon, visit all of the countries on my travel list and own a dog.
Q: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
A: Neither... I love sleep too much
